Union 2332 - Oval Cylinder Mortice Nightlatch Case Only

Union 2332 Oval Cylinder Mortice Door Latch is probably the most common latch on the market, because this lock does not have a dead locking snip it works well with electric strike releases. The lock can be bought as a complete kit with an oval half cylinder on the outside and a small turn on the inside. On the face of the lock is a small snip that allows the latch to be held back for free access.

Operation

Latchbolt is withdrawn by single oval profile cylinder from outside and turn knob inside.
Latch can be held in ithdrawn position by snib in the forend.
Can also be operated by key from either side using double cylinder.
Standard cylinder length is suitable for doors up to 48mm thick.
For doors in excess of this thickness, order correct cylinder length accordingly.
